Fourth floor nurses (some pictured here) on our University Campus have been implementing a variety of improvements to ensure our patients receive the best care possible. The teams have improved physician and nurse communication by working with our executive team and the Center for Transformational Change. This has increased patient satisfaction and improved hand-off communications.
