Ana Mechlin, project coordinator, Patient Experience Department, solicits feedback from employees.

A team of employees working to help improve patient experience at our Medical Center seeks your feedback. Through July 1, don’t be surprised to see team members dressed in brightly colored vests carrying large blue buckets. Known as the DIB (for “drop in the bucket”) Team, members ask employees to complete a two-question paper survey and then drop it in the bucket. Employees can also take the survey online. The initiative is led by Alicia Wierenga, NP, nurse manager, who said, “Feedback from our frontline staff ensures everyone is involved in our evolution to become the best place to give and get care.” Want to join the DIBTEAM?
