Cheers for 40K Ideas and Benedict Primary Care Team!

Members of Benedict Primary Care team huddle at their Idea Board.

Benedict Primary Care was recently featured on the Medical Center and system Instagram channels as part of the #cheersfor40kideas social media campaign coordinated by the Center of Innovation and Transformational Change and Marketing and Communications Department. The Benedict Primary Care team credits the Idea System huddles for promoting positive change and caregiver engagement within the team’s area. Knowing they have a set time weekly to talk about problems and ideas gives everyone the opportunity to work toward becoming the best place to give and get care. To celebrate our Idea System and the 40K ideas implemented across our system, we will share photos that feature some of the caregivers, teams, idea boards and idea huddles that brought these 40K ideas to life. Want to see your idea system huddle featured? Email Lora Dumas. Learn more.
