On June 15, Staples Business Advantage will become the UMass Memorial Health Care provider for office supplies. Employees currently authorized to order office supplies are invited to join one of the online training sessions (see flyer):

  • Wednesday, June 14, 2 pm
  • Monday, June 19, 2 pm
  • Tuesday, June 20, 10 am
  • Thursday, June 22, 10 am

Authorized to Order Supplies? Register with Staples; Join Training

Staples Business Advantage will be our new systemwide provider for ordering office supplies starting June 15. Over the coming weeks, we’ll transition ordering from our current vendor, OfficeMax. Employees currently authorized for ordering office supplies are reminded to register online with Staples Business Advantage as soon as possible. This step is important so that Staples Business Advantage can set up user profiles and desktop delivery locations. Be sure to have your department’s cost center number and vice president contact information handy. If you need assistance, ask your manager. Do You Order Office Supplies? Register with Staples by May 17!

Staples Business Advantage will be our new systemwide provider for ordering office supplies starting June 15. The change will help reduce office supply spending, and benefits include easy, online ordering and fast, free delivery of thousands of products. As we prepare for the transition, employees currently authorized for ordering office supplies must register with Staples Business Advantage. Complete the online registration by Wednesday, May 17.
