Visit Lynda.com to review all available online courses for beginner to advanced learners ranging from Microsoft Office programs to management, software development, design, web, marketing and communications. Once registered, access to the online training is unlimited for a three-month period. Depending on demand, there may be a wait list for the next registration opportunity in the fall. Do You Supervise Others? Mangers, Sign Up for DiSC Training 

discThe DiSC® model incorporates classroom training using online prework, engaging facilitation with contemporary video and individual reports for a personalized learning experience. Participants understand and appreciate the work styles of their colleagues. The result is more effective and productive working relationships. DiSC® utilizes a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. If you supervise others, you are eligible to take our DiSC Management course. The next session is Thursday, February 2, 8 am to 2:30 pm, Memorial Campus. Please self-register through E-Learning 4 U. Important Enrollment Info: Supplemental Life Insurance and Dependents

MyBenefits online open enrollment is underway and Benefits Fairs start today (see schedule). Please keep this important information in mind as you complete your open enrollment:

  • MyBenefitsElecting same supplemental coverage: If you are currently enrolled in supplemental life insurance in 2016 and you elect the same coverage amount in 2017 during open enrollment, you will not be required to complete the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) process online even though you may receive an alert in MyBenefits. Any increases to current coverage will still require you to complete EOI before coverage can become effective.
  • Dependent documentation: If you’re enrolling a dependent not currently covered under a UMass Memorial health plan, you will need to submit a copy of your marriage certificate from the city or town (spouse), and/or birth certificate for your dependent(s). You’ll receive an email from MyBenefits with further instructions on how to submit this information.
